Every piece is made with natural materials and small variations in tone, texture, or stone are part of the piece rather than a flaw. Any reliance on this site's content is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) and do not include shipping. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase to secure your order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for a price change, product modification, or discontinued item.

Placing an Order

Please follow the checkout instructions to place your order, and double check your shipping address and quantities before submitting. Once we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before it ships if there has been an error in pricing, the item is no longer available, or we are unable to verify order information. If we cancel or change an order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for every purchase.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only.

Once an order is placed, it is shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please confirm it is correct before submitting. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you once the item is handed to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claim with the carrier for a damaged or lost shipment.

Pre-Orders

Some pieces are available for pre-order. When you pre-order an item, it is reserved for you and placed into production.

Pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Estimated ship dates listed in the product description are a guide, and production or logistics delays are sometimes outside our control.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order piece is ready. We recommend placing pre-order items in a separate order from in-stock pieces so the rest of your order can ship right away.

Returns and Final Sale

Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy for full details on eligible items and timelines.

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
