Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping options are Standard and Expedited (2-Day Air). Orders over $275 ship free.
For orders shipped to Canada, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Please note: we are actively working hard to ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to be notified of expansion.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal.
If you need help initiating a return, please email contact@almeadow.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and your reason for the return.
Earrings are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on sale, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday and other promotional discounts, are final sale as well.
Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and process your exchange or store credit within 10 business days. Refunds, where applicable, may take an additional 5 business days to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for a return shipping cost of $10.95. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, and a return isn't considered complete until we've confirmed delivery.
Exchanges will not be processed until original item is received in our warehouse.
Store credit issued for a return expires one year from the date it's issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@almeadow.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the item. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, provided all original pieces and components are available for inspection.
International Returns
For orders shipped to Canada, standard return eligibility and timelines above apply. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any duties or import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. Please email contact@almeadow.com to arrange your return shipment.
Care Note
Please note that tarnishing over time is a natural characteristic of jewelry and is not considered a fault. It does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
